What you need to know about Dietary supplements
Dietary supplements for weight loss and muscle gain may help a person achieve their short weight loss or fitness goals, but should not be used for long term.
There is little to no research on the long term effects of some of the supplements. The dietary supplements should be used with caution, because dietary supplements can cause kidney failure, liver failure, diarrhea, heart problems or negatively affect some of the diabetic medications.
There is a dietary supplement company that has been charged criminally because they made claims that the ingredients in the dietary supplements were pure but the ingredients were synthetic and could cause liver toxicity.
If you are going to try a dietary supplement look up all the ingredients in the supplement and try to buy a name brand that is well-known. Also, you could make your own dietary supplements with different good high quality proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The dietary supplements are not hard to make if you have the time. Also, if you know how different foods effect your body you will be able to make an excellent supplement for yourself.
