Player Development Camps


Designed to assist athletes as they prepare for their upcoming seasons or team tryouts. It focuses on the enhancement of fundamentals and individual skills, conditioning, strength, and endurance. Each athlete’s skill is tested with tools for analysis then put through a specific training program to correct imbalances. Includes all components of athlete performance, nutrition, prehab, proper dynamic warm-up and recovery.

Celebrate Yourself



Our program entitled “Celebrate Yourself – The Making of a VIP” is a creative way to incorporate sports and life teaching. Partnering with community leaders, the program helps young kids become VICTORIOUS, INDEPENDENT, PEOPLE. This program includes learning basketball fundamentals with the use of music, dance, and positive affirmations. It is staffed with trained professional coaches, and instructors. Our approach and strategy to reach the youth and maintain an above average interest level is through daily repetition of activities that will stimulate their minds, and bodies and inspire souls.

A small group training setting for all levels designed to help both coaches and athletes looking for some extra time to increase their knowledge and develop their fundamentals. Includes teachings on proper technique and form, performance stance and footwork, strength, conditioning, team concepts and motivational activities.

Sports Specific YOUTH Camps


Incorporates  knowledge development with age appropriate skills and drills. This is a great way to improve the motor skills of younger aged athletes  using game speed and game time situations. Concepts include teaching proper mechanics for basic fundamentals, how to play with a higher intensity and how to maximize  their skills during competition .Youth sports include:  Basketball, Football, Flag Football, Soccer, and Cheerleading
