SAN ANTONIO, TX

The SHE’S BALLIN showcase is one of the most prestigious individual showcases in Texas. It is a well oiled running machine that exhibits some of the best young girls talent. Mr. Ray Caldwell has long been recognized for his expertise in the game of basketball and has developed some of our nation’s top girls talent under his SA Finest and Player’s First organization. The showcase itself is a place you should want to be for many many reasons. It takes place in the beautiful Alamo city, it’s competitive, it’s held during the UIL Girls State Tournament, national eyes are present, and it’s an intimate environment just to name a few.

This year the gym was loaded with exceptional talent and it was really fun watching them compete. Our future in girls basketball is very bright! Although the gym was loaded, there were some players who really stood out to me in both the middle school and high school division. I’ll start with the youngsters:

Middle School Division:

Sydney Thomas (2026, TX Flight Elite) -Talent runs in this young lady’s bloodline. She’s has an obvious athleticism component in her bags, she can handle the ball comfortably with both hands and can be shifty with the ball, she has good vision and makes strong passes with one hand. She has a strong penetration game but can also let it fly behind the arc. She’s quick, active, and plays aggressive basketball. She’s still developing and working to grow her IQ. I think she will be an elite prospect if she continues to work, and not get comfortable.

Adrianna Drake (2027, Proskills Nationals 2027) – Has a strong athletic build which compliments her when it comes to contact and her ability to get to the rim, she handles the rock, good off the bounce and has an effective hesi attack move to the basket, she can shoot also with range and can finish with either hand, she has a noticeable IQ that I love.

Da’Niyah Lewis (2026, Tx Flight Elite) – Is a player that caught my eye way back in early November. She will be an elite prospect in her class. This wasn’t her best performance but I have seen what she carries as far as potential. She’s quick, aggressive, crafty with the ball, strong to the basket. She is a shooter with 3pt range and still learning in regards to shot selection and consistency. She’s a focused player that will surprise you with her abilities and she’s driven. She will bring it on both ends, she’s coachable, and I like the fact that she’s a risk taker and attempts to create.

Jordan Pete (2026, SA Finest) – Does a great job moving without the ball, understands how to pass and cut with purpose, that is a forgotten skill usually at this level but she has been taught very well in this area of her game, she’ll do exceptionally well when it comes to schematics and execution. A great visual example is the fact that she does a good job with executing the dribble drive (drive-n-kick) has a strong hook pass and knows how to position herself after the pass, She can shoot the ball also.

Nia Darby (2026, Louisiana Flames) – Has a nice lefty shot, she’s quick, and has a quick outlet pass. She attacks the paint with strength and has mastered tucking the ball through traffic up until her release. She plays aggressive ball on both ends of the court.

Delaney Arredondo (2026, SA Finest) – Has so much in her bag of tricks until I don’t know where to begin! she is definitely a high major prospect. Super athletic, a 3 level scorer lead guard. She’s delivers strong 1 hand passes, moves without the ball, plays under control and has good footwork and it shows in her guard moves (step back shot on point), she’s a smart player, strong and plays tough defense, lots of energy on the court.

Casey Chavez (2027, Players First Basketball) – A very athletic stud on the basketball court, she’s runs the floor, moves without the ball with purpose, good vision. She sees the court well and makes smart strong passes. She’ll get easy lay-ups and has an impeccable stutter in/out explosive move to the basket. She can create with the ball and knock down shots. Another elite prospect in her class.

SaMiyah Bowers (2026, Competitive Edge) – Has a very strong athletic build, good size and she uses it in the interior. She will finish strong around the rim, rebounds, block shots, she is energetic and vocal, makes good outlet passes. She will also bring the ball up court if it’s necessary. I do recommend that she continues to work to strengthen her ballhandling in-order to become even more effective with the skill set she already possesses.

Brooklyn Eubanks (2027, Cyfair Elite) – Has a good off the bounce shot, and has a pretty good penetration game, good handles, nice catch/shoot ability, and plays aggressive on both ends.

Beya Chase (2026, SA Finest) – A skilled PG, confident, athletic floor general with good back court handles pushes the ball with her eyes up, good court awareness, smooth in transition attack, distributes with precision, mid range threat moves to the arc, penetrates the open seams and delivers intelligently in the dribble drive (draw n kick)

Kaliyah Samuels (2026, Nekia Jones) – Strong build, attacks the basket in the key, over powers defenders and delivers results vs. contact, she will also, with confidence, take shots.

Arianna Robinson (2028, Proskills) – Aggressive raw talent, she’s quick, and shifty, good court awareness and strong passer. Still growing and developing but I really like the upside in her game. She must continue skill development, tweak technique, ballhandling, and IQ.

Jazman Bailey (2027, Danny Jones Middle School) – She got better and better as the day went on and that’s what it is all about, play through mistakes learning through it, and making adjustments along the way. She’s aggressive, distributes in transition, good court awareness, smart passer, moves without the ball in half-court, disruptive defender, agile guard, good footwork and guard moves, has a nice hesi punch dribble shot, can also knock down shots. A stock riser after this showcase.

Rileigh Good (2027, TX Warriors Elite) – Is a shifty guard, she has good court awareness and distributes in transition, a crafty playmaker, moves without the ball after passing, she is a pass first type of player but will take the open shots, she’s an uptempo guard but does a good job at changing her pace, tough defender, and brings energy on both ends.

Gianna Jordan (2026, Team Jordan) –  Athletic floor-leader, explosive in up-tempo game; tough to contain in the open court, knocks down shots in mid-range game to the 3-point line, blows by defenders enroute to the rim,  pushes tempo and distributes, explosive off the bounce, a lockdown defender. A high major prospect without a doubt.

Janea Walls (2026) –  athletic combo-guard defends in pressure, deflects and converts plays from turnovers, anticipator, plays the passing lanes, gets to the rim, balanced finisher off one leg , an emerging high major prospect.

Bella Flemings (2026, SA Finest) – Confident combo-guard with nice size and versatility, handles and attacks in uptempo game, mid-range game threat, gets into the defense, finishes plays to the basket, keeps the defense honest to the arc, very good basketball IQ. She’s already being evaluated by power 5 schools.

Amierah Moore (2027, Competitive Edge) – Lengthy, quick-leaper with wingspan, rebounds and pushes ball in transition game, I would definitely recommend more ballhandling skill development so that court awareness grows.

Logan Hamilton (2027) – A quiet talent with a quiet motor but delivers easily, knocks down jumpers with range to the arc, reads the defense and delivers off the dribble.

Jamaria Senagal (2028, Louisiana Flames) – I love this kid’s attitude so much! She’s a fiery lil guard,  Crafty floor-leader with confident persona and a scorer’s mentality, a lefty specialist, vocal, distributes in traffic, court awareness, good team player, makes plays on both ends of the floor, and she’s tough!

Sarah Brown (2026, Competitive Edge) – Explosively athletic guard with a scorer’s mentality, elusive off the dribble,  finds the rim through traffic, offensive game extends to the arc, distributes with great court awareness.

Jacy Abii (2026, Lady Jets) – Ultra-athletic versatile player, plays to the rim, quick off the bounce with baseline attack, rises on jumper in mid-range game, exploits the smaller defender and produces results, knocks down mid-range jumpers in traffic, active on the glass, quick-leaper, rebounds and attacks in transition game, she delivers every time I watch her play. An elite high major prospect and will be sought after heavily.

Endia Stigall (2026, Stat Elite 16U) – Raw talent, pushes tempo coast-to-coast, a carking defender, pressures the defense in transition game. Emerging offensive game. Continue to work on finishes and ballhandling to make your game even more efficient.

Jaidyn Gunter (2026, Lady Jets) – Versatile, physical guard, finishes plays through contact, powers to the rim, scores in traffic, punishes smaller guards in isolation, emerging offensive arsenal, Confident, lock down defender. An elite prospect in her class.
